Dawnbreak is an alarm that will not switch off until you have done something. Most questions are about the alarm not ringing, or about the mission being harder than expected at six in the morning. Both are below.

The alarm did not ring

• Alarms need permission. The app asks once, on the first launch; if it was declined, turn it on in Settings, under Dawnbreak.
• An alarm you saved but never switched on will not ring. The toggle on the row is the one that matters.
• Focus and Do Not Disturb do not silence it. Alarms are exempt by design.
• A phone that ran out of battery overnight cannot ring. Low Power Mode on its own is fine.

I cannot finish the mission

Every alarm has an emergency exit. Tap the cross in the top corner of the mission screen, confirm, and the alarm stops. It is on by default and can be turned off in Settings, which is worth doing only once you no longer need it.

Restoring a purchase

Settings, then Dawnbreak Pro, then Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. Subscriptions are managed in the App Store rather than here.

Deleting everything

Deleting the app deletes the alarms and the history with it. There is no copy anywhere else, and nothing to ask us to erase.

Open an issue and it will be read. Please include your iOS version, the mission, and what the alarm was set to.
